Eating one donut will not make you fat. Everything in moderation. Live by that mantra. I eat one dessert per day. Last night I had Oreos. Tonight I’m having ice cream. I weigh 100 pounds and I’m toned. I have never gained weight by eating sweets. That repeated and overused term “moderation” is overused for a reason! Indulge once in a while, ladies =)
